Pricing & taxes: all prices in INR, inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices without notice; orders are honoured at the price confirmed at order placement.
Delivery & assembly: standard delivery is free across Gujarat within 14 days of confirmation. White-glove assembly included for sofas, beds and dining sets. Outside Gujarat is on quotation.
Warranty: 5-year warranty on the wood frame against manufacturing defects. Covers structural failure under normal household use; excludes damage from misuse, water ingress, sun bleaching, or third-party servicing.
Cancellation & returns: standard catalogue items can be cancelled within 24 hours of order; made-to-order pieces and bespoke fabrics are non-returnable once production starts.
